Epic Soccer Club was established with a clear mission:
to provide a highly competitive, development-focused soccer program in Phoenix and the surrounding areasβ€”while remaining cost-effective and accessible for families.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our fee structure reflects only the true cost of operating the club, including league registration, training, and essential operations. This allows us to offer a full-season competitive program at a significantly lower cost than most clubs in the Valley, without sacrificing quality, coaching, or player development.

Epic Soccer Club is built on development, transparency, and community, giving players the opportunity to grow in a positive and competitive environment.

Epic Soccer Club fees are structured to reflect the true cost of operating a competitive soccer program and are not profit-driven.

Registration Fees Cover:

  • League & association registration (ASA, US Club Soccer, etc.)
  • Player insurance & administrative processing
  • Club compliance, background checks, and operational costs
  • Year-round club administration

Training Fees Cover:

  • Professional coaching & structured training sessions
  • Field rentals & facility usage
  • Coaching education & development
  • Player development curriculum

As a nonprofit organization, all fees are reinvested directly into the club.


⚽ Team Fees (Separate from Club Fees)

Team fees are NOT included in club fees and vary by team.

Team Fees May Include:

  • Tournament entry fees
  • Referee fees (if applicable)
  • Additional league/game fees
  • Coach travel expenses
  • Team equipment (balls, goals, tents, etc.)
  • Team events & end-of-season celebrations

Important Notes:

  • Team fees vary by age group and competition level
  • Determined by the coach or team manager
  • Fundraising is strongly encouraged
